Yes Pete but it is the proof of the pudding;) 50kms in built up area and 100kms on the open road. It's quite fast enough as the standard of driving here is utterly woeful. They've made it a lot harder to get a license here now but it will be a while before that translates into an overall better standard.

Leone,Have you tried a Iridium plug. My NGK B9ES gave up on me so I replaced it with a BR9EIX Iridiam one. You have to replace the suppressor cap with one that has no resistor fitted but the plug has worked great over the last 5,000 miles. I am sure you can get one the right heat range for your bike. Our host can supply both parts. I am not sure also if you would like the tiny tip which is none adjustable.

DennisO: I had a NGK BR8EIX in use for over 16000kms. I only changed it because it was a bit too cool for the conditions, now using NGK BR7ES
