Sorry not to get back earlier, been working. That's the one in the picture Alan. I pulled the carb off again cleaned every thing up again and its going! the only problem is it coughs from the carb every few seconds, any ideas? The ultrasonic cleaner looks like the way to go in future.

The coughing could be misfire. Try a new plug and check ignition timing/points gap.
