Being of Yorkshire stock I too have a cheap wristwatch with the strap fixings chopped off & mounted in the same place with a bit of velcro. ..... why velcro? Because then it can be swapped from bike to bike :) Been doing it now for about 15 years

Never quite understood why folk want a clock on a bike when most of us have either wrist watches or phones with clocks. I think that they clutter up the dashboard attract thieves and can be a distraction from chilling out.

A local church clock does for me when riding out in the countryside on B roads etc.......or a Pub..I walk and say}--"What's the time ??"------the locals reply with}-- "What's mine ??" --------Result = I've bought everyone a pint, have become a great Ambassador for the Enfield marque, am stony broke, half slaughtered and STILL don't know what the time is !!!.....sheers !!HIC...

I have a clock so that if I need to see the time or have an accident, then it records on my camera!

Even more useful over Christmas in Kent was to know the time of high tide!

So Enfield riders not only need to know the time of an accident they need to be reminded to turn on the ignition? LOL. Now what was the question?
