I always dreamt of a HD - unfortunately these days the image has much to be desired. Any case can you tell us more? How does it compare to a smaller bullet? I might consider a second bike or should I rather consider a Triumph. Still have a weak spot for HD.

hi alan ,i might be at stafford it depends on my house moving activities,hi peter thanks for the tool roll offer but i once had 1 and sold it straight away on ebay i didn,t like it,hi scalyback i think you could be correct the fuel tank is 7.9 lts run sensibly like most diesel bullet owners would i could get 98miles to the tank and with legs like mine thats fine i bought the bike for its superb looks i also got the color wrong it looked white in the showroom but its actually pearlescent gold its from the 2014 range with abs as standard and keyless ignition,it was a display model only but H.D HAVE AGGREED TO SELL IT ME ,i think they were just to look at, but as they say a man from Barnsley gets what he puts his money on ,i will be collecting the bike thursday /friday you too could have 1 they are a snip at £9,395 inc vat can,t wait to burn rubber on the 16 inch michelin/H.D TIRES I,M GOING AMERICAN WITH THIS SPELLING ,HI stu i would love to race you on your bm but i would probably run out of gas!!!hi Roeland i think if you want quality THE H.D waters on the triumph but thats just my opinion i bought the bike because i had a book a mug then i got a badge and i just had to have the bike all i need now is a wig and i could pass for Peter Fonda !!as if anyway i,m off to buy my chrome german helmet i already have a deaths head and a iron cross oh and a tat of a harley happy days ps the helmets only a joke but i do have a deaths head cos i,m into skulls and a iron cross like the choppers one these are all tats ,i will report on the Harley and banish the myths cheers PAUL P.S I,M STILL INTO MY ENFIELDS i,ve just put a wd/co on ebay for a friend 99p start £1500 reserve

---------a comp ratio at 10:1 means premium fuel I think ??........It'll be like riding TWO Bullets at the same time !! ( well, sort-of )..and for gawds sake DON'T SCRATCH THAT PAINTWORK !!!!!!!

Funny story out here with a Club member who recently bought a fairly new Harley. When I asked him if he had any idea as to how much the registration and insurance was going to cost he replied that he would have to sell it before then but wanted to say he had owned a Harley
