Aw come on lads. Flippen eck, Look at it... it'll be like a fairground ride.. talk about distracting... was thinking about a discreet light in the nacelle... Ok maybe convoluted in design but jeez.
Maybe just change the ampmeter for a round voltmeter... dismayed gwilly..

I have a led that changes colour dependent on voltage , load of rubbish , always changing colour and distracting. you need something that was fitted on old cars , that went out when it was charging ,,,,,,,as fitted to Norton commandos.
