I think these units have a 5 year warranty. A couple of years old should be well within. Worth sending Boyer an e-mail re returns procedure. Probably cheaper for them to replace rather than repair.

All is good looks like a bad conector, problem is this bike is parked outside under a tarp so everything is a problem on it
