Gordon,Triumph also used this distributor.Anyway my '50 500 Twin has the RH firing from the outlet closest the timing cover,at the 4 o'clock position.Parts numbers are the same as already given,including the rotor which Mr H has in stock.Have you checked "parts book online"here?Also does the AR unit have 2 different sized springs,which is correct for the Enfield.

available too, simply as the
cam I needed is out of stock.
Nevertheless, will buy from
Mr H out of principle,. As
I mentioned, the dist. unit
is from another motor, will
modify with the suggestions
Norm gave last week. The AR
springs are equal size in my
dist.. The farm battered pre-
unit Triumphs I had 50 years
ago all had Magnetos, so Chevy
was right; other marques used
this set up too, which explains
