I did get the spring installed... I used the penny idea, but pennies would not fit in the tunnel the spring goes through on the 1970. So... I use 14 gauge solid electrical wire. I pulled the spring in a vice on two anchor points and put pieces of copper wire between every coil. This gave 9.25 inches... which was perfect. Getting the pieces of wire out on the other hand, is proving difficult I have 6 or 7 left to get out... all near the top anchor where things are really tight.

Upload your pictures to a photo-hosting web site (please not Tinypics or Photobucket), on the hosting sites your pictures will be given different types of code for different sorts of on-line presentation. There will be one or more called the HTML code, copy and paste this code (medium or full size) into your message.



Do NOT be misled by the "BBCode for forums", because it doesn't work here, ONLY the HTML code will actually show a picture on this forum.

To post a picture on here. https://imgbb.com/ click on upload, your pictures album will appear. Click on the picture you want, it will have a tick and maybe a blue border. click OPEN in the box lower right, click UPLOAD. On EMBEDDED CODES, click HTML FULL LINKED .Click copy as it will appear on the right and turn amber. Then paste it here.
It is easy to do even without these instructions, just follow the prompts.
