Hi, some years ago at netley marsh autojumble a stall had a Indian woodsman for sale. The vendor was about to clinch a deal when another punter stepped in and pointed out the madras frame, forks, wheels etc. The vendor went ballistic but had no leg to stand on with the gathering crowd. Similarly at Kempton Park my friend asked what year the Matchless 350 was suppose to be as it was a mixture of all years. The vendors reply was ,"Yeah but its all genuine parts". Finally I sold my 250 AJS trials bike to a dealer only to see it three weeks later being sold at another stall as a 350 Matchless works bike. The vendor was at a loss for words when I explained that I had built it from parts and there stamped on the crankcase were my initials. Vince
