Hi Everyone, I am new to this site and Royal Enfields, so if this has already been covered please for give, I have had a look through but could not find anything.
I am restoring a 1960 350cc Clipper (95% same as the Bullet I understand) The clutch was in a bit of a mess so I am rebuilding it, can anyone tell me the order of the following, (from the Friction disc out) the 3 clutch plates (metal ones):- one flat (G75) and two dished (G75A) also, the 3 clutch plates:- 2 bonded (H89CB) & 1 with the inserts (H89K). By the way the 'Friction Disc' (H82K) fixed to the drum is in good condition as is the front plate(G77).
Thanks

This is near enough what you need..

First in dish, raised side towards you.

2nd segmented cork.

3rd flat steel.

4th quarter bonded.

5th dish raised away from you.

6th quarter bonded.

7th front cover..

Thanks for your replies, SteveT & Gwilly, The comments helped, my problem was that the flat plate and segmented plate were both found to be missing when I stripped the clutch. Thanks again
