hi guys
I have a 2001 350 bullet , just checked the oil flow to the top of the cylinder by removeiing the banjo bolt , and the oil flow is fine , but the banjo bolt when in and stuck. it looks like I cross threaded it , so who knows the thread size so I can tap it out before I damage it. Thanks mick

Hi have you got big banjo bolts or the small ones that screw into an adapter in the head I have this system on my 95 bullet so if youve cross threaded it just change adapter if large and you have a spare bolt use the old one with a sawcut in it as a makeshift tap, ive got mine off just now will have a look tomorrow re pitch dont think its the dreaded cycle thread 26 tpi 60 degree pitch. Alloy inhead very soft use dowty washers on assembly mr h has them dont need to pull bolts up too tight.

I think you will have the big ones on a 350 (13/16" across flats)
The thread on these is 1/2" 26tpi which makes it BSCy.
Beware however, 1/2" BSCy also comes in 20tpi.
It's worth fitting Dowty washers to the banjos which make a better seal with less torque.
