Hi
I have just bought a very nice 2006 electric start classic engined bullet
However I cannot get on with the gear change being on the wrong side .
It is a low mileage bike with a number of desire able upgrades, Amal carb, lithium ion battery and lots of other stuff .
It has one previous owner and a full dealer service history.
I am looking to recover my costs , and would rather someone here buys it

Please email me for details

These modern left foot gear change bikes are a pain! Luckily there are plenty of older English, Italian and even old Indian bikes with the gears on the correct side as well as the left to right conversions.

Rich doesn't say what the wrong side actually is, the bike could be the 4 speed E/S or a Sixty-5.

I ride left and right shift and also "up for 1st" and "down for 1st" it becomes second nature.
I must disagree with "desire able upgrades, Amal carb, lithium ion battery" I wouldn't bother with either.

You only have to remember that a right foot change is just like a car - you put your right foot down to go faster.
