Nearly!!! Nearly is just not good enough, these are precision built machines were talking about Approximately 1.5mm of distributor rotation when measured at the outer edge of the stator plate will advance (or retard) the ignition timing by FIVE degrees. This is based on the assumption that the diameter of the stator plate measures 68mm. The last three that I measured all were 68mm.

1° = 0.2967mm
5° = 1.4835mm
