Has anyone replaced one of the push-pull type petrol taps from HM? if you have, how is it standing up to the new fuel,is it leak resistant? any comments!. I am ether going to replace the inside of my current push-pull tap or replace it with the same, but depends how the new taps are standing up to the new fuel.

I just bought one, with the reserve lever (pushing your bike is not cool!), But haven't fitted it yet.



All the parts that would have been brass, now seen to be copper or possibly bronze, which apparently ethanol does not affect, So I am confident that it will work ok.

Out of interest do they still fit cork seals to push pull taps

Les: yea, have just re done the corks on me push pull (beeza tap)at the mo is still holding, no leaks,
