Looks like we are all in the same ball park. Allowing for the differences in amounts of lube left on studs etc and the variable torque wrench quality I guess you can take your pick.

Well, just been into the garage and torqued the nuts up to 21 ft/lbs and I'm happy with that. Tighter than my original "hand" torque. It will be interesting to see how or if there is a change after the warming up period as detailed in the manual.
