I`ve asked many petrol stations staff HOW MUCH ETHANOL CONTENT IS IN YOUR UNLEADED FUEL? Only one manager replied at the Texaco outlet, he said any unleaded fuel stations has up to 10% in it.

Shell V Power has ethanol added, BP Ultimate doesn't or at least it didn't when I last tested it 2 or 3 months back. I only use the BP in engines that are liable to be stored for a while, bikes, boats, lawn mowers, generators etc. Might as well avoid problems while we can.

I put petrol in my car in my local texaco here in Barnstaple today, this is the same place I buy "supergreen" 97 octane for my old Triumph.
I asked the lady at the till how much Ethanol was in the petrol and she consulted a sheet of paper sellotaped to the counter and said that there was definately none in the super and minimum 5% in the low octane standard stuff. The supergreen pump carried the BS7800 mark on it too, whilst the standard pump was EN228.
