Hi Lucho: Try tilting the screen backward and forward, leave the screws loose enough to move it, then ride on a quiet road, hold you hand up behind the top of the screen and move it back towards your face. You will feel the direction of the wind and be able to tilt the screen back and forth to adjust the wind flow. Then tighten the screws when you find the best angle.
As others have said, the best height is just below eye level; you must be able to see over the top of it; there is nothing worse than having to look through a rain spattered screen.
