Exactly Norm, and the bike that started this post, is certainly a very nice looking Bullet, One that I would not mind owning myself, but as you say, I would not like to buy it under the pretence that it was a 1969 Bullet, then finding it was comparatively modern. That would really annoy me, and the seller also states (if you hunt around)

- Any Trade Sale bike is sold strictly as spares only and they are not for road use.
- All Trade Sale bikes must be collected by alternative transport and are not to be ridden away.
- No warranty is implied or offered.
- Prices are non negotiable.
SO if you did buy it, then you are only left with the argument of misrepresentation, or goods not as described.
I suggest they
know it's a bitsa, and don't want it returned.
That reeks of deceit in my books.
