I have been given an imported unregistered 350 Bullet Thunderbird (Kick Start) Only 126KM on the clock. Mechanically sound - Few areas of surface rust around chrome areas. Is subject to MOT and any modifications which may be required to satisfy MOT standard. Old style Tyres.

Need valuation for HMRC to pay duty and get Registered - Year of Manufacture 2003 - Imported into UK Nov 2005

Awkward one this as they were never official imports. If you know someone with access to Glass's guide for motorcycle valuations look at the official UK import 350 classic Bullet for 2003 as this is the nearest spec you could probably get (it is a Bullet variant, after all), or check and see if any come up on auction websites or classic bike magazines' small ads.

Just a query, if the bike was imported in 2005 why was the import duty not paid then?

Do you want import value and/or current value?
My Jan 2004 T/bird cost 75000rs (Rupees) including all Indian tax, but not shipping charges which cost anther £519 GBP.
Value for an un-registered bike will be lower than a registered, my 2004 near immaculate T/bird June 2015 registered in July with 'delivery mileage (71kms) was advertised for £1695, but I paid nothing like the asking price.
As Adrian say's, a bit of an awkward one, but I was lucky that I had all the registering done and I still have all the Indian reciepts, import papers and NOVA so if you want any further notes as guidance please ask, the years are not that different.
If its been sitting all that time, don't run it as it will still have the transit oil in it, too old and too much and too emulsified with condensation, 10 to 1 it will spew up into the oil filter and ruin it.
Change oil to no more than 2 ltrs cheap 16/40 and do a full run in proceedure then change for a good same grade oil.
All my oils inc. disc brake, forks, engine, primary drive etc have been changed.

Just going through my papers and I see another 5000rs for insurance so this might make import price to 80000rs depending on how HMRC look at it.

75000INR is £735 at todays conversion, 80000 = £785

Historic Currency convertion: 30/12/2003 puts 75000 Inr at £9501.50, that's probably the figure you need.
Done it for the GBP price of mine, Jan 2004, yours is very close.
You should get an age related plate, mine did, very few 'Q' plates issued now.
You can date yours from the numbers stamped on the head stock (no VIN plate), look in our hosts catalogue page 90 for details.
Many parts for the Electra fit the T/Bird, I think the Electra has a 17t front sprocket as the T/b has 16, mine is now an Electrabird, dumped the back rest and ape hanger bars for Electra ones and a 'proper' 08 Bullet tank, looks far better to my eyes and much easier to ride/steer!
