Early 50's Bullet frame on Ebay, someone was looking for one of these, Dan was it? About 1954 I'd say. I don't think that this contravenes our Host's rules as I know they don't have any of these!

Looks like it has an earlier 1947 V5c and er.... frame stamping! (Model G?) this would put me off. It has the 350 swinging arm so I guess it was once a 350 bullet.

I think the frames with those horrible cast swinging arm pivots were introduced in early 1955, you may as well just stamp up an Indian frame.

These frames were introduced in 1953 (my 500 Bullet has the cast lugs,) but the books say 54 or 55 depending on who you read. They seem to have made their way through the range up to '55. When built up as a complete bike they don't look nearly as bad! Yes the stamping looks *ahem* unusual but someone here really needed one and a V5 is a V5!
