Light weight sidecar wanted to put on my recently bought 1991 500 Bullet, anything considered from just the chassis to a 'bolt on and go'. Oh and cheap please.

Thanks

How cheap do you mean, given it will cost you more to fit it than you may think. (I have fitted two sidecars and the refurbishment of one of them was pricey but still FAR short of the £2000-£3500 for a new one.)

Anything from, drag it out of the hedge (free) to £200. Some fittings would be a bonus but if needed I can fabricate something.

swesty DO NOT FABRICATE YOUR OWN SIDECAR FITTINGS. (seriously unless you think your life is worth less than £250 worth of fittings.)

I understand your concern, but the last time I spent out on fittings from dealer they looked like a 12yr old made them then dipped them in paint. I mean they were really poor quality and I do have access to quality materials and machines but sadly not pipe benders.

You need to get fittings from a manufacturer/supplier like Watsonian Squire, WASP engineering, or FU Motorcycles.
I cannot emphasise enough do not fabricate your own fittings. It is more than concern on my part I don't want you to die. Fitting a sidecar is a black art as it is without the added problem of Destroy It Yourself fittings.

They are supplied with Velorex but are universal. I used them to mount a Monaco to a Harley and they were much sturdier and easier to set up than the original Watsonian fittings.
