I was ignoring the carb and indicators etc. Adrian. Just though of another very subtle difference. The casquette pilot light casting on Redditch cast ones curve inwards, with a slightly 'cross' look,. The Indian ones slope downwards with a 'sad' look. Once you get your eye in its obvious, this ones Indian.

Hi Guys---Spot-on BEEZABRYAN..Have a look on the West coast, just South of GOA..On the E-Bay listing take a look at picture No.4 and in particular the noticeboard on its' side ??...It reads}--- "THAVAKKAL TRAVELS" Using Google we get this}--.....http://www.kooogle.com/Malappuram/Touri ... ...whereas Tonbridge is slightly further away I believe ??........Isn't this the bike that's in the middle of the Indian Army's Display Team doing the Pyramid of Death ?? ( 30-odd guys all hanging on for dear life )..hence all that conduit pipework etc. added on ..

Pity I am not in the uk, Tonbridge is my nearest town. If I hadn't already made contact with the guy, I would ask to go see it. Anybody want to ask and see what excuse they get?

I would love to arrange a viewing and if it actually is in Tonbridge, well I get to see a still pretty bullet anyway.

Well, I chatted to the guy and I think he is probably honest and has been conned.

He said that most of the pictures were taken when he got the bike in India, except for one, which I can confirm is outside the 'Kebab fish knight' which is in Marden, near Tonbridge.

Personally, I hope he keeps his bike. It would be great to get to know another bullet owner and so close too!

I sent the seller a message telling them that the bike is not as they describe it, but it's still listed, perhaps they are not as honest as you think.

Perhaps they are honest after all, the description has now been changed.

We talked a lot now. he's got a flat, family needs mean he needs a commuter bike and no room to keep his bullet. He sent thanks about the info we have all given him and says it has been a bit of a shock. He does not want to sell his bullet, but has no room in the flat to keep two bikes.
