If it is a 1934 570cc sidevalve it is a Model L. Chaincases are not being re-made by anyone so your only option is Ebay, adverts in the old bike press (Old Bike Mart, VMCC magazine, the REOC magazine The Gun,) or autojumbles (swap meets in USA). However, a friend of mine is rebuilding a 1934 Model LF (4 valve Bullet) and he says the chaincases are very difficult to find. They were made of very thin and light alloy and have not aged well. Add to this that there seem to have been a different set for virtually every model and you get some idea of the problems! The Model L is effectively half a Model K (1140 Twin) so some parts interchange and our Hosts do have some parts for these although not listed online.

Still looking for a set of primary covers? I may be able to help with new castings. Also have some new parts for 30's machines
