I acquired the enfield on 28/10/2006 from the first owner, with just 120kms on the clock.
It is a Bullet 65 with a 5 speed gearbox, classic iron engine, electric start and LEFT foot shift (in new fangled one down/four up).

It was modified a little (as below) and ridden around for a bit and then I stored it in a vacuum bag in 2011. There it stayed until I pulled it out this evening, filled it with fresh fuel, pumped up the tyres and Amy rode it up and down the road a few times. It sounds really good, but would benefit from a service I imagine.
As you can see, it's not seen an awful lot of use and it's time to admit that it is unlikely to. There are other bikes in the garage nowadays.

Mileage on the bike as of today is 5967kms (not miles).
The previous mileage on last MOTs are:

New MOT as of May 16th 2015
Looks like I didn't MOT it after Nov 2010 and it was stored a few months later. The 5967kms on it now would be the use during 2010.
Nov 2009; expired Nov 2010 is 5160kms
Nov 2008; expired Nov 2009 is 4927kms
Nov 2007; expired Nov 2008 is 3010kms

I have receipts (mostly from hitchcocks) of the parts I have bought.
I have other bikes (mostly older) and carry out all my own servicing.

Good Bits/Modifications:

Brand new battery (old one removed when it was stored)
Single seat (dual seat will go with the bike)
Amal carb and fittings (choke lever on handlebars)
strengthened cross-over brake pedal linkage
one tooth up on the gearbox sprocket
alloy rockers and pushrods
rear carrier
Good condition for an 11 year old bike (but it does have b*** all miles on it and summer use only) but it is still 11 years old and does have some knocks, scrapes dinks and wear.
non-standard exhaust. Airbox discarded (I have it though and it will go with the bike)
Everything appears to work, including the electric start.
Decompressor was removed - hitchcocks sell a kit that operates through the valve adjustment cover - if needed.

Bad bits

Exhaust is everso slightly rusty
Some nuts and bolts are a discoloured and corroded
speedo in kms but bicycle speedo fitted. The indian speedos are woefully inaccurate anyway.

I am looking for £2100
I'd px up to a continental GT ( I tried a few dealers - NONE bothered to phone me back) or swap for similar enfield that is cafe racer'd (or indeed for any old enfield project like a wdco etc)

Can send pics.
