Hi folks,

I have just finished restoring my 1949 royal enfield 350 bullet. It is frame and engine number g2/12350 which apparently means its a prototype of the later bullets ( the first with the swing arm) the bike still has a few problems with the kick start, I believe the magnets in the magneto need remagnatised . The bike has its original registration number MZ8765 and all supporting paperwork. How should I go about selling this and what is amount I should be looking for?

Get some documentary proof of "prototype" status for a start, that will help make a convincing sales pitch as would pictures.

I was told about the "prototype" thing by the the enfield owners club, apparently it is documented (somewhere ) that from some frame number to mine, they where different than the 1950 later models because these where the all built as prototypes. I know when I was looking for the official paperwork for mine there was a but if excitement about my frame number! As for the photographes I am not sure how to load them on to here
