Hello to all,

Just to let remind you that its the Royal Enfield day at the Sammy Miller Museum next Sunday 14th - a few of us from the Mid Shires branch are heading down and it would be great to see lots of RE bike owners at a truly wonderful setting.

I was definitely planning to head over with Not A Fury (ASBO14), hope to see you there, Wayne.

See you there Wayne, the weather is threatening sunny intervals and a moderate breeze, this means it will be an excellent day for a ride out and what better way to celebrate 7 years at this event. Carl

We are rocking down Saturday PM and staying over in Christchurch - Interceptor Mk1A / New Interceptor 650 / GT 535 - and FIVE Himalayans ! - proof if needs be just how popular this model is.

Now there's a challenge for the rest of us! There's usually a dealer from Bournemouth there with the current models on show, so the modern stuff will be in good company.

The RE Ride-In got off to a bit of a slow start but there was a reasonable turn out eventually - I seem to remember a rather more RE's a couple of years ago. Never mind, I think we still outdid the BMWs. No Bourmenouth dealer's show of new bikes though Wayne and quite a few other guys with new Interceptors made it along, as did a selection of Himalayans.

I think we forget that April can still be a bit chilly. Good job you all showed up, though!
