Earlier today I was out testing a bike after rebuilding the engine and all went well until 10 minutes into the ride. You can see for yourselves in this video, if you don't want to watch the whole clip, just drag the play bar to 10 mins and watch the next 15 seconds or so. I have heard the jokes about Volvo drivers, but this takes the biscuit.
Please drive considerately towards others, especially motorcyclists, if things had turned out slightly different, I might have been badly hurt or killed and this driver [if caught] could have ended up having free accommodation and meals for a very long time to come. ...

Paul, I think there are drivers of all makes of car who are just as bad as that.
I was out on my RE 350 a few weeks ago, riding quietly through a village in Nottinghamshire when I was nearly hit head on by the middle aged female driver of a Mercedes 4 door. My side of the road was completely clear, she was parked on the other side of the road, in a line of other parked cars outside a shop. She suddenly pulled out without signalling, came right over onto my side of the road as if she hadn't seen me, leaving me no room at all (despite having my headlight being on and me wearing a hi-viz vest). I carried out a rapid stop but she came straight at me and her driver's side mirror missed my arm by about an inch. As she went past me she just scowled at me through her side window!
If I'd had a helmet camera I'd have gone straight to the police with the footage - it was very close and shook me up quite a bit.
P.S. I've watched a lot of your videos, which I find informative and entertaining (I placed a comment about the Bullet with the fuel starvation problem). I've noticed that the sound tracks on most seem to "jolt" every few seconds, as if the bike's chain is jumping a tooth on the sprocket. It's not just the one bike, so I suppose it must be the camera. Have you noticed this?
Anyway, keep up the good work!
Paul W.
