Hi guys------ any more news on the new 650 twins ??.......are they actually in this country, at dealers etc ??

Late Jan / Early Feb 2019 - first batch of 200 bikes will be at the dealers. I have placed a deposit and that's the official news.

They had one at the NEC bike show in the test ride zone but nobody could go out on it. They told me that it had been flown over specifically for test rides at the show but there was an issue with registration and it couldn't be done in time. They had even tried to use it on trade plates but apparently the insurance didn't cover this so it was just sat there. I did speak to someone on the RE stand from the dealers in Quarry Bank and he said that he will have a demonstrator to ride in January.
