hi alan,as you missed out on ton up day ,why don,t you dig your tent out and join noel (ogri) and myself + others on our cumbrian wild fire camping weekend,we set off from the shoulder of mutton in hebden bridge at 9.00am saturday 21st july its sure to be a cracker noels fetching the q.c atb paul.

Hi Paul-------Thanks very much for the invite but alas,these days I'm a BIG WOOSIE !!!!!!! I last "enjoyed" nights under the stars when in the service of Her Maj. tramping o'er the woolly wild-lands of Dartmoor--- then later via the Scottish Highlands (Glencoe Valley, Rannoch Moor etc). To-day it's most definitely a B&B Pub that's near the field you might be in. Sorry, it's the auld bones----a-creaking and a-groaning, so they are !! But I like the idea of that QC----tempting.

hi alan i,m not sure if the pub does b&b (does it noel?) i,m just back in to camping didn,t think i,d manage with my dodgy leg but a mate got me a gillette camp bed thats a bit like a stretcher and is just as small as a tent when packed ,i tried it at the the big knock rally ,although i took all my pain killers maybe that was the answer unfortunately drinking doesn,t mix with them drugs but i,ll do my best atb paul.

Good morn'n Paul-------- my, you're an early bird !! If you can find a B&B, even if it's a few miles away then me and No1 Bullet will make the effort and drag our sorry carcasseszzzzz up t'North. You never know---might get 1 or 2 others from down this way to join us ???

hi alan,i have heard from noel and the king george 4th pub 01946 723470,could put you up B&B or get you in local this is the pub we are using details and venue have changed due to wild fire camp field not being cut,atb paul

Hello Paul-------"Plans of mice and men"-------Our good friend and fun-time spoiler "Domestic Duties" has now poked its ugly head in for this week-end so I can't come out to play after all---------- BOO-HOO !! However, I'm determined not to be put off so, how about if I come up and stop 2 nights at the pub where you have your meetings ??
