Finally got my 500 IB tuned properly. New upper end and some other bits, sealed the leaky breather box with silicone and topped up the gearbox with 20/50 to supplement the red grease. Started first kick today and settled into a good idle without hiccups and no more stumbling under throttle though still under break in. On the canyon road home I fell into tailing some KTMs and was right on them in the tight turns. Very happy with my PWK 30mm carb and Avon Roadriders!
