Ha ha! A friend of mine worked as a floor manager on Rainbow and other children's programmes and she said the cast were always trying to get double entendres into the script. That episode is so 'single entendre' I suspect it may have been made for one of the legendary BBC Video Department Christmas outtakes tapes that circulated privately among BBC staff. And incredibly funny they were too!
