Just wanted to stay thank you for the outstanding service you guys provide. I work shifts,got home Monday afternoon and ordered a throttle cable,came home today and cable had been delivered....fitted and bike running before 3pm. Absolutely superb service. Thank you. Regards Clive

I just want to add my thanks to Hitchcocks. It makes such a change to deal with such a efficient company .The service is second to none .Parts always arrive very quickly and securely packaged. Iam really enjoying being a Royal Enfield owner.

Same here from me in Australia. Very fast delivery and the staff at H's are always happy to answer my questions. They provide the best and most complete back up of any British made motorcycles. Indian made British inspired ones as well.

I agree. I've bought lots of stuff over the last few years. Inevitably, there have been or or two minor glitches. These have always been put right very quickly and courteously. To me, that's the real mark of good customer service -- an effective response when things haven't gone quite to plan.

I would like to agree with everything that has been said before.

I used to order parts for RD WD/C WWII bike .. usually get the parts in 3-4 days.
hitchcocks is doing good job to keep the older bikes on road. Well done for that.
