Have you access to a good Armourer ??.........Can you handle a sidearm ?........Don't expect the British Consulate to help you out of any trouble !!..........Try to get a couple of mates to come along also as there's safety in numbers...

Beirut has been fine for about 15 years. You lot need to stop watching TV and go ride! Actually, no, stay under the bed, England is full of lager louts who have mad cow disease. (and nice quiet roads for me!)

Hospitality is the Arab way and it will be fine. A lot of nonsense stems from toxic media coverage and bears no relation to ordinary people. My family built a business across the Arab states and it continues to this day, so do the ride enjoy it and I hope it is a great success.
