Hi all Having now successfully registered and on the road Thunderbird 350 (Grey Import) my thks to REOC (Graham/TOM) for helping here (sorry long story how I came to own) - Just read article that tyres (although I am still running in (1750KM) degrade/not safe after 6-10years assuming that they are the original tyres - Question being can anyone recommend where to go (Cambridge Area) and whether even if available MRF NYLO GRIP PLUS 3.50-19 4 Ply Heavy duty (Rear) and 3.25.19 4 PR RIB on Front are still the ones to go for - Or recommendations would be very much appreciated - (Sorry not a classic machine) but hope you will humour me!

Hello there-------- Here's their site}---------- http://www.mrftyres.com/products/tyres/ ... ogrip-plus ------- I think either Cheng Shin ----- http://www.wheelhousetyres.co.uk/3-50-1 ... ersal.html ----- or Dunlop K70 ------ http://www.petersclassicbikeparts.nl/co ... bndk70.jpg ----- might do the job..

Hi LUPACEXI}--- I forgot to say that our hosts list these tyres and can also give good advice for your particular model's requirements...

This thread caused a bit of déjà-vu.

On 11th March this year someone calling themselves Omit posted an identically worded message to the one posted here by Lupacexi, it's here.

I wouldn't bother answering this one!
