No harm in asking for Triumph parts, but our hosts do ask us not to advertise RE parts for sale here.

"Please note, that as we make our living selling parts, we can only accept postings for the sale of complete bikes. Any messages that appear to break this agreement will be deleted. Thank you for your co-operation."

No need to apologise to me, and on any other RE forum that would be perfectly OK. Not having a go at someone wanting to help others out, it's just how this particular forum is. A.

Well, there's the Midland Bullet Riders

Also the USA guys have an interesting Royal Enfield forum, Classic Motorworks Community Forum

Then there is the english writing (speaking?) Bikers Club France

That should keep you going in the meantime...

If your French is up to it, http://www.royalenfieldlesite.fr/forum/

Nearer to home, they could probably use a few more active members here: http://www.britishbulleteers.co.uk/ucp.php?mode=login

There are others elsewhere in Europe, as well as various Facebook Groups, Bullet Whisperer has one for Performance Classics showing a lot of the work he carries out on RE's and other classic bikes...
