Hi guys---------- very much a last min. thing. Bullet ride to the famous CAT & FIDDLE PUB, BUXTON, Peak District on this SUNDAY,1st JULY. We meet at DK MOTORCYCLES, LIVERPOOL ROAD, STOKE-ON-TRENT ST5-9JJ. at 12.00( Midday) with a departure at about 12.15 ish. Come and join in if you can !!!!

Hmm - decent cafe at D&K if I remember correctly . . . and they do oatcakes.
Ain't been to the Cat and Fiddle since 2005 - I'll try and make it. Usual rule applies "If I ain't there for 12, don't wait"

Guess what ? . DK doesn't open on a Sunday . . . .but the Cat and Fiddle does. A bit grey, chilly and windy, but all in all, not a bad day out. . . . and we only took one wrong turning

-------------In my defence, if I may para-phrase Morecambe & Wise }---- "I was taking all the correct turns, sunshine. But not necessarily in the right direction !!". And hey !! --- there WAS sunshine, all be it at the very end of the day. Thanks for coming to-day lads---bit of a Larf werent' it? Lovely pair of buns at the Cat & Fiddle ( The Burger Dinner was ok also !)
