This a test. I have just typed out a posting on my computer after logging in, choosing a board, clicking the box and add topic button and it went back to sign in page then a blank message box. The post was gone!

Well it appears to work on my ipad, so I'll try agai later on this! GRRRR!

Hi Netts, I have always found that anything that takes longer than say 4 minutes to type and compose, (like adding multiple photos) i find it best to highlight and copy before pressing reply..

Amount of times i've forgotten and the whole thesis disappears into the ether..

Of course you maybe doing something entirely different, in which case nice to hear from you anyway...

Ok, second try! I have a load of old bike magazines I need to get rid of. They range from British Bike, (38 copies), Fast Classics, (14), Motorcycle Classics, (16), to old copies of The Motorcycle and Motorcycling ( I think ). These last, probably about 50 issues, are pretty tatty, but readable, and contain old Show and TT issues. The others are in good condition. I am asking £20 for the lot, collected. I don't want to split them up in any way. These would be a good haul for an autojumbler or car boot seller. Or you could read them of course! I don't want to post them, so as it says earlier, collection only. I can be contacted on; [email protected] to arrange collection. I live near Mansfield Notts. Ray.

Exile, yes this is what I posted under magazines. It was typed on my ipad as it didn't work on my first try on my computer. I also wanted to put it on another board, to "spread the news" so to speak, hence the double posting. I still haven't tried a post on my computer yet, to see if the problem is the machines or mine! But no harm done I think?

Another seniour moment! I realised I didn't put the "magazines" post on another board. Hence the double up on this one!
