Who's Meteor minor?

Who's Meteor minor?So, being a bit of a rarity, I have only seen one other in the flesh and this was 14th May 2014, outside the Waitrose in Biggin Hill. He had just come shopping and I got to chat to the guy before we went our separate ways, but who could guess that I would come to own a Meteor Minor someday? Anybody know who this guy is, or how to contact him please?
