Afternoon all, does anyone know what the score is re: the Manor Cafe at Bellerby? Does anyone know of an alternative venue in the area?

Gossip on the MCN forum says it's closed for refurbishment, that's all. Opinion seems to be go to Squires instead!

Bit of a trek for me. The Manor was just an hour through stunning countryside. I'll keep a lookout for somewhere around Leyburn/Richmond.

Reg there's Route 59 Cafe near Skipton, much smaller than Squires, but the surrounding countryside is much nicer.
