I took a blast out to the coast for the morning. Couldn't resist a few pictures.. Here's a stitch-up of the coast taken from Kongelund Fort, a disused defensive work.



...and Thumper, all hot and sweaty, taking a breather while I go for a walk round..





Probably the best morning I've had for a long time. Sunshine, great scenery, no people, no traffic and no wind. A great day for a ride out.

Looks beautiful. Isn't this what it's all about? Pure therapy. IMHO a day on a bike is better than a month on prozac!

That's the way to do it!



Let the bike take you where it wants to go.
