Join us on 30 July at the largest free bike meet in Europe at Calne, Wiltshire. Calne Bike Meet is a fantastic event raising money for charity where the town is taken over with motorcycles of all shapes, sizes and makes. Join the Wiltshire branch of Royal Enfield Owners Club and park up at our stand in the car park on the right just past Sainsbury's.

Like a pumpkin I forgot to ask for comments from those that have been to this event and ask if anyone who is going and would like to park at our stand.

I went last year (not on the RE I'm almost ashamed to admit) and it was a godo event, hoping to make it across this weekend, this time RE mounted.

Hi Trev, you will be made very welcome at our stand where you can park your bike and we hope to have some more bikes joining us from Weston Super Mare.

Any departure details yet for WSM? If I'm free I'll try and join you.

Hi ric, I have asked Vic to contact you or let me know, so I can post the departure time from Weston Super Mare on this thread. The Wiltshire branch look forward to your arrival!

Hi Ric, The WSM crew said they can meet you in the layby, 100 yards South of the Bridgewater Road / Bleadon Hill Cross roads, at around 8.00am on Saturday morning.

That's just down from WSM hospital. If I'm not there for whatever reason by 8am, please don't let anyone wait for me.

Calne is a little over 30 miles from here. What time do activities start? Jeff.
