Spent the morning at Scorpion Exhausts in Ripley, and look what's in the reception area.

Both nice, but the Triumph doesn't have the carrot slicer on the front wheel.

A 350 I'm fairly sure but quite a lot of modification if it was originally a 3TA.
More likely a Tiger 90?
All those 350 twins where roughly the same under the various bathtubs and bikinis. We all threw the tinware away and fitted alloy guards of course. Sacrilege I know but when your 17......

Ha yes Pete, most underwent modification over time.

My mate Slim had the T21 with full bathtub and enclosed nacelle headlamp,Horrible.

Then they had the bikini which was better, and the last model which i had, looked like the Tiger 90 with separate chrome headlight, or the bike in the picture..

All where single carb i think but memory fades..

Looks like a bitsa based on a 3TA or Tiger 90 to me, unless it's a 500. The front forks seem to be off a later model. Early ish distributor engine but later bits fitted. No 350 Trumpets had twin carbs; the only 500cc unit twin that did was the T100T Daytona. BTW we called the useless appendage gracing the CGT front brake bacon slicers.
