Just to report that the regestering of the Himalayan is going well am so surprised at how easy and effective the dvla have been should only be a few weeks now

Great news! Reminds me of the bumble bee, which the "experts" used to say shouldn't be able to fly. I hope you enjoy buzzing around on it...(sorry, couldn't resist). Some photos would be really great.

Iam still try to learn how to upload pictures I know people have told me but iam no much cop at computer technology in my own way I will get there. I can tell you that it rides very well and the engine pulls very strongly on the private road near my house

Oooh - would love to know how that works. I thought it wasn't possible to register an Enfield from India in the UK. I have chance to travel to India quite fairly regularly with work and would be very interested in bringing back a himalaya if that's possible. Is there another thread that explains how you did it?

Posting photos - this site uses HTML rather like an old school bulletin board (BBS). What you get for a link from your picture hosting site rather depends on that site. Scalyback and Exile both provided instructions for Tinypic and Photobucket. I use Flickr, so here is a cut 'n past of Flickr's 'share' BBS code, followed by Flickr's 'share' of their 'embed' code. Hopefully one will work .....

the line breaks are made by adding "< b r >" without the spaces.

Ok so neither of those worked and the HTML code would have to be edited. Dig out Scaleyback's tutorial :(
