Lol, my Transalp doesn't leak oil, it burns it,,,,,,,,,

I didn't think the Transalp was a 2-stroke.
I consider 'oil leaks' to be more transient verb than observational statement; until you fix it. The only oil dropping from C5 onto the kitty litter in the shed (sweeping compound, oil absorbing) is the black gunge that drips off the chain.
However, hauling the olde Redditch 350 onto the centre stand flexed the engine (no frame under there) which flexed the casing and thence ejected with audible raspberry sqwirt, a quarter pint of scalding hot oil onto my boot, every time.
