So, who out there in Bullet-land loves Marmite & who thinks it tastes like the Devils own jockstrap?

I was out working on Effie in the garage the other day & the wife brought me some toasted Marmite soldiers, (I am fifty eight & three quarters!!) and they were delicious! I'd forgotten how much I love the stuff.

How many feel the same about this mainly British product as I understand there is no middle ground on this...Love it or hate it.....?

Marmite is the most horrendous stuff ever invented. If it was the last food available I would have to starve.

! would have severe withdrawal symptoms without a constant supply in my kitchen cupboard. It is nectar.

It's so disgusting it's not worth replying. Oh, damn! The wife likes it (but she's a different species, I think). Looks like it might do as a substitute for Wellseal, which probably tastes better.

I cannot stand Marmite, but my wife has to eat it for medicinal reasons, (not a joke.)

Love it on well done thick sliced toast especially with grated cheese & baked beans. Along with a hot mug of Bovril.

Yep, had Marmite since childhood, love the stuff and its good for you, vitamin B and such.

Tried Vegemite once, bloody awful..
