I'm in the steel town up there, though how much longer that will last is anyones guess!

It would be good to know there are RE riders in the area as I feel kinda isolated up here when many on this forum are from more southern climes.

I know there's a few round that area and WE are only across the bridge.

there are a few of us up here, I am near market rasen,fair weather rider I am afraid,but weather permitting try going on fairly long jaunts

I am just north of Market Rasen in Binbrook.

Regular for cups of tea at Willingham woods. Look out for the yellow CGT, not many around here

PeteF: Thanks for replying mate - I saw your club advertised North of the river. Tempting but I'm still a little nervous about LOOOOONG journeys on Effie (Horror stories from this website may be influencing me).

sa(lincs): I know Market Rasen & its truly great biking roads - we used to have a caravan based at the caravan park out near Walesby - (before I saw the light!). Nobbi1977: Binbrook was a regular hangout with my dad watching the Lightnings doing their collective stuff back in the day....My dad had a caravan out at Nettleton Lodge and we would always be on the lookout for the aircraft on exercises. Another passion!

We should try & arrange a get-together maybe? I see other Enfields out & about but not many in the town.
