Hello SHINER ------I thought the old man of Hoy was a bit taller than you ?? Ha-ha. Have enjoyed v. much the TV programme "The Lighthouse Stephensons" by Bella Bathurst----must get the book.(and her No.!! Can you visit the Cape Wrath lighthouse at all ?? These old Bullets turn up everywhere, don't they ? I spent some time running a motorcycle club at HMS Caledonia, Rosyth back in the mid-1960's and had a 1965 Honda CB160 on which I explored places in and around Stirling, Rannoch, Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc but never got as far North as you. Why is it always so COLD up there ?? Mind you a few noggins of Old Grousey soon does the trick.
