Steve T beat me to it!
Usually an email to say that the order has been picked "This has now been picked, checked and wrapped.
We have daily collections and your order will be dispatched with the next collection.
(This E-Mail is automatically generated when your order is Invoiced - If you have collected your order please ignore this message)"
Then delivered next day [weekdays]

I always get emails telling me when it is picked, packed and shipped. Occasionally I get emails from the shippers telling me when it was collected and giving me a tracking number. It takes a week to get things here to Denmark.

Excellent service every time from Hitchcocks, picked, packed and sent within a single day, but carriers can be a bit slow. The Danish postal service is lacking on the odd occasion. People tend to forget that delivery time is not under Mr. H's control. If the carrier is on the ball then it's all OK and kudos to them, but late delivery is also down to the carrier.
