Hi All,

Just thought i'd introduce myself as a new member to the group, having just bought a 2012 classic bullet with only 700 miles on it. I'm Martin from north London.

this is just my second foray into the world of motorbikes, but I have been riding vintage scooter now for almost 20 years.

I'm sure to be asking many stupid questions over the coming months so please do bear with me.

out of interest- is there a 'swap' section on the forum? The bike came with a windshield that I have no use for.

You mentioned a windshield? Is it one of the large ones? Like you see on some Harleys?

A windshield is a useful item but only if it is a small screen eg part 200312 in the accessory section - fairings

@ Gaz- can't say whether it's like the harley ones, but it is pretty large looking. It was never fitted by the previous owner and certainly won't be fitted by me. I'm looking to take bit's off, rather than add to them
