Saw this in Paris, it reminds me of a ship's anchor chain.





Anybody else seen a similar level of security?

There used to be something similar in Bristol behind the Council House (now known by the Americanised name City hall ) whopping great thick length of steel wire with an eye, anchored to an oversized steel post, thread it through your wheels and use your own lock. But as usual bike space got took for car space and an office block.
